Jane and I were out to dinner with friends Saturday night and one of them asked me (this is a professional hazard for traffic engineers) "what's the deal with all of the new roundabouts?" Check out Time's one page article on roundabouts for a succinct answer.

The link in the article shows"Thursday, Sep. 04, 2008", so I collected the TIME on Sep. 01, 2008 and Sep. 08, 2008 'cause I'm a big fan of traffic engineering .But, I don't understand why there are no such a picture of a roundabout...
So...is the Time article only shows on Internet but not on papers ? Please answer me, thanks! I really want to collect the cute roundabout!
