Research Brief_001Over to the right on the blog you’ll notice our new giveaway is a series of Research Briefs. We’ll send out a new brief to subscribers of the blog about every 3-5 weeks. These briefs will be 2-page documents that cover a certain item in our industry (such as access management, diverging diamond interchanges, traffic signal operations, traffic calming, etc).

The Research Briefs are not meant to be highly technical design guides for folks with thirty years of experience, but good introductory primers to get you up to speed on a new topic OR as a document you can share with your clients, colleagues, or constituents to introduce them to the topic.

I just sent a bundle of the first five briefs to all of our current subscribers (it would be a waste of everyone’s time to make subscribers re-subscribe). If you’re a subscriber and you don’t receive that email today, please check your junk/spam folder just in case my email got flagged.  If it did get flagged as spam, which I hope you’ll agree I don’t spam you, please click on the email to make us “safe” and white list us so future emails while go to your normal inbox.

And, if you’re new to the blog, I hope you’ll subscribe and let me know what you think about the Research Briefs.
