Traffic Engineering in Minnesota Urban Partnership Agreement

Here's a link to a good article in USA Today about traffic in Minneapolis.  It's mostly about the Urban Partnership Agreement (UPA) project which is working to lessen the amount of rush hour, single occupant vehicles using the I-35W corridor through Minneapolis and the southern Twin Cities suburbs.  Check out MnDOT's website for more information on the UPA project.

Congratulations to David Levinson (aka The Transportationist) from the University of Minnesota's civil engineering department for getting quoted in the article.
