I've written several posts about PTV's sooon to be released Vistro software (here and here).  You know I'm excited about this new software package for preparing traffic impact analyses.  Karen Giese from PTV America shared this pdf sample - Download Atlanta_Net_Condensed - that shows the tables and figures that will be the output of Vistro.  I think they look great.

Below is a sample of the turning movement diagram (my screenshot doesn't do it justice – you should download the pdf above).  I continue to anxiously await the release of Vistro!

  • This software looks promising. I just attended a VISSIM training and they gave us a sneak peek at this software.
    I think one of the biggest issues with using the software is getting states and municipalities to “accept” it.
